Pottery and Vintage Cutting Boards – Mini Antique Haul!

Hey friends! You know I love a good antique haul and this past weekend I was able to find some amazing pieces! I can’t wait to share them with you!
This past weekend my husband and I took the boys up north to our family cabin to spend some quality time together before we shift seasons. The boys enjoyed fishing and going to the park, but the one thing I really enjoy when we head north is visiting the local antique and thrift stores.
Don’t worry, I didn’t push myself too hard. There were several that I could have visited, but I only went into one.
This particular antique shop happens to be my very favorite, in fact – if you watch the YouTube video above you might even recognize it! I’ve taken you guys there before. I almost always find treasures every time I visit!

We had planned on going in together as a family, but the store was 20 minutes from the cabin and once we got there, 3 out of our 4 boys were asleep! My husband told me to go on in and enjoy some alone time and he would take the boys through the car wash nearby.
What a treat for me haha! It was nice to browse and look at so many beautiful old things. Let me show you what I brought home!
Mini Antique Haul – Vintage Cutting Boards
You guys know my love for old cutting boards! I’ve talked about my cutting board display in other blog posts, and I’m always on the lookout for neat boards that are unique and warm in color.
This first board was my only splurge at $28. I still can’t believe I paid that much, but the handle on it was so different, I’ve never seen one like it before! I also loved the shape of the board and the color of the wood, and it will probably be for display only.

The next board I purchased was much less at just $9, and I really only got it because I liked the shape of it more than some of the cutting boards I currently use to prep and cook with. I don’t think it’s very old, but it’s a pretty design and sturdy.

Mini Antique Haul – Pottery
These tall, gray blue bottles were my next finds at only $7 and $9 each! I just love the color on them and I can’t wait to incorporate them into my decor. The taller bottle has a cork stuck in it, but my husband thinks he can remove it.

The beautiful white pitcher was my next find at only $6. I love the ridges on the sides, the off white coloring and also the fact that it says “made in England” on the bottom! I plan on using it next to my sink for fresh flowers or even utensils.

Mini Antique Haul – Vintage Money Box
This green metal box was my last find at just $8. I actually purchased it for my son Ethan, who has been on the hunt for a special little box to hold his money that he’s been saving. I think it looks so great in their room, don’t you?

Again, I know this antique haul was small today but I always love sharing my treasures with you guys. 🙂 Hope you enjoyed antique shopping with me today!

Glad you got some time to browse one of your favorite places. Enjoy your treasures.
Love this! I spent the weekend in Caseville. Had so much fun! There was a little arts & craft show in town with all kinds of treasures. Also checked out some yard sales. 🙂
Oh how fun! So glad you enjoyed yourself!
I love when you share your antique hauls. I am new to shopping for antiques as when I had my first home to decorate, I was healing from cancer. I am just now learning what to look for; you are helping teach me without even knowing it! Thank you! I love what you found!
