Early Fall Kitchen with Copper, Leaves and Eggplant

Today I’m sharing my early fall kitchen with copper, leaves and eggplant! I have several friends sharing their kitchens today as well, so be sure to check out each of their beautiful homes linked at the end of this post!

Decorating our fall kitchen with copper, leaves, and eggplant accents was not my original plan for this year. But if you caught my fall dining space that I shared yesterday, I was surprised to find some beautiful fall stems at Joann’s this year in the most lovely purple shade.

I was a little nervous about it since I usually stay pretty neutral in my fall decor, but once I brought it home I loved the autumn warmth that this eggplant color brought to our home!
I’m currently using those stems in both my dining and living room, so I went looking for more fall florals in that same color for our kitchen. Well, I happened to find some of the prettiest little faux berries at the Dollar Tree, and I mixed them with some fresh leaves from the trees in our yard for a little arrangement next to our sink.

The berries are a bit more pink in color than the other stems I found, but for now they will do just fine. I love how beautiful they look with the white pumpkins tucked close, and the addition of the copper soap dish really feels like fall to me.

I continued with that same theme of copper, leaves and eggplant throughout the kitchen. Groupings of small white pumpkins and fresh leaves bring fall to each little corner!

I kept a lot of things in my kitchen the same, including the vintage artwork I found while antique shopping this summer with my Mom, as well as the vintage crock near the sink that I used for my fall arrangement.

I did decide to switch out the florals in the basket above the fridge. These flowers have a creamy fall color and dusty green leaves and they read autumn to me.

The DIY chalkboard in our kitchen got a little touch of fall as well! I simply added some leaves from my yard and switched it up to say “Fall To Do’s”, with a list below of things I’d like to do with the kids this fall!
Things like pumpkin carving, visiting the corn maze, and drinking apple cider are just a few of the things on my list this year. 🙂

I like to keep the far end of the kitchen counter clear in the fall for baked goodies. Just last week we made apple muffins, and while I haven’t had the change this week to make anything yet, I usually have some type of baked treat sitting out for my little men during this season.
My zucchini bread and banana bread are both big hits this time of year!

I like to decorate the little table that sits off of our kitchen for fall as well. A simple vignette of pumpkins, eggplant and leaves was just enough to pull the colors together.

I hope you enjoyed my early fall kitchen with copper, leaves and eggplant today, friends! I know it was so very simple, but it’s always fun sharing with you guys. Let me know what you think in the comments below!

Hi, Andrea:)
I’m enjoying your blog as much as your channel, Sweetie pie! The still pics are as lovely as watching video panning your home!
The color accents you’ve chosen are simply exquisite. Love how the eggplant pops against the soft greens & creams in your palette:).
Everything is so autumn pretty!
Until our next visit, sending hugs!
~ Susan
Thank you so much Susan, I really loved how it all came together!

Hi! I just subscribed to your YouTube channel after watching your fall kitchen decor video. Absolute love how you decorated it. I’m obsessed! You’ve inspired me to look at what I already have outside, instead of splurging my money on home decor from the stores. Anyways, I just wanted to say that I love the natural and simplicity of it all in how you decorated your kitchen for fall. Take care and God bless!
Thank you, that is so kind of you to share with me! I hope you have fun decorating! 🥰

Oh my goodness, thank you so much! 🥰🥰
First time visit today, really like the plum tones with green and other fall additions. I did a table this summer with plums and green and white that turned out very pretty. Planning now to visit some of your other ideas from past blogs. Thanks!
Thank you Jillian, your table sounds beautiful!
Love the copper! Where do you get your copper pieces to decorate with?
Thank you so much, most of it is from thrift and antique stores! Here is another post on it: https://www.pineandprospecthome.com/thrifty-vintage-copper-and-how-to-clean-it/
