Did we have a boy or a girl? Today I’m sharing our scheduled breech c-section experience over on YouTube, and I want to thank you all for the love and prayers you’ve sent our way during this unexpected journey!
Hey sweet friends, I don’t want to type a large post today since I’m still pretty sore from my recent c-section. I just wanted to let you all know that baby number 4 has arrived, and we put together a YouTube video in order to share our experience with you.
In my last post I explained the ECV procedure and how it ended up being unsuccessful, and I asked you guys to pray that our breech baby would flip. Well, our baby never ended up flipping – in fact the morning of the c-section they did one more ultrasound just to be sure before proceeding.
I plan to share more about my c-section in the near future – what it was like, how recovery has been, and how I’m doing both physically and emotionally.
For right now I’m just trying to enjoy this state of newborn bliss. Holding and cuddling those tiny little fingers and toes and kissing that soft head of hair. As hard as postpartum recovery is, holding our precious baby makes all of the pain worth it.
Thank you all again for your love, support, encouragement and prayers both during and after the c-section. I was overwhelmed by the number of messages, emails and comments that came in even on the morning of the procedure. We are so in love with our sweet new addition! Love you all – I hope to be back very soon.[mailerlite_form form_id=2]
