As most of you know, I really enjoy cooking and baking and Christmas time is no exception! If we kept all of the yummy treats we made during the Christmas season there would be way too much, so I love packaging them up to give as gifts!
This simple and rich 3 ingredient fudge is the perfect little treat and I hope you are able to try it this season!

Simple and Rich 3 Ingredient Christmas Fudge Directions
Normally, I whip up this recipe each year in the microwave but since we installed our new range this summer, we have not purchased one! I have to say we have adjusted fine without the it, but I had to make this fudge just a little differently this year.
I chose to melt the ingredients together over a double boiler and it still worked perfectly, I was so relieved! You can burn chocolate, so you need to pay attention and stir continually to ensure this doesn’t happen!
Once your ingredients are melted, you simple pour them into a greased 8×8 pan and let the fudge set and you are done! How simple is that?! If you want the fudge to set sooner, you can simply refrigerate it.
Simple and Rich 3 Ingredient Christmas Fudge Mix-Ins
You can also add in any other ingredients that you would like to this recipe!
I have added in marshmallows, peanut butter chocolate chips, and even peppermint essential oil. The possibilities are endless!
You can mix extra ingredients into the fudge recipe itself, or you can sprinkle them on top before the fudge sets.

I’ve made this fudge for 40 years but without the butter. Going to use your recipe today. I’m hoping the butter adds that bit of creaminess I’ve always thought it lacked. Thanks ! Merry Christmas!
