This simple, 3 ingredient punch took about two minutes to throw together! It’s non-alcoholic, kid approved, and absolutely delicious!
Hey friends! I appreciate you stopping by today. I don’t know what the weather is like where you live, but the mornings are getting cooler around here, the leaves are finally beginning to turn, and I am getting SO excited for all things fall! To be honest, summer has my heart. But the thought of sweaters, scarves, boots and pumpkins definitely puts a smile on my face! I just love this time of year and everything that goes along with it.
Last week my grandparents were visiting from down south, and I mentioned how much I loved apple cider this time of year. Well, my sweet grandma went out and bought me a whole gallon!
While I love apple cider all on it’s own, my husband isn’t a huge fan. I looked up a few punch recipes to see if I could find a combination that looked good, but I ended up creating my own concoction instead.
I was thinking about flavor combinations and I remembered how much my husband loves cranberry apple juice, so that became my inspiration.
This punch is seriously so easy, I feel silly even calling it a recipe! Here’s what I used –
4 cups of Apple Cider
4 cups of Sprite
2 cups of 100% Cranberry Juice
Stir and top with sliced apples.
That’s it! I took a sip of the punch and it was just right. The perfect blend of cranberry and apple with a fizzy lemon-lime addition of the Sprite. Yum!!
You have to be very careful…this punch is addicting!
I had my 5 and 2 year old try the punch right away to see what they thought, and they immediately asked for more.
My husband had his doubts, but as soon as he tried it he poured himself an 8 oz glass, ha!
I topped my punch with thinly sliced apples, but I think some fresh cranberries would be beautiful as well, especially around the holidays!

This simple, 3 ingredient punch recipe is kid approved and so delicious!
- 4 cups Apple Cider
- 4 cups Sprite
- 2 cups 100% Cranberry Juice
Stir ingredients together and top with sliced apples or cranberries if desired.
Easily double this recipe for a larger crowd.
