Homemade Caramel Corn

Ingredients

  • 6 Quarts Popped Popcorn
  • 2 Sticks Butter
  • 1/2 Tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1/2 Cup Raw Honey
  • 2 Cups Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tsp. Vanilla

Instructions

  1. Pop 6 quarts of popcorn

  2. Preheat oven to 250 degrees

  3. Melt butter in saucepan on medium heat

  4. Add in brown sugar and raw honey and mix all ingredients until melted

  5. Bring to a rapid boil for 5 minutes

  6. Once ingredients boil for 5 minutes, remove from heat and add vanilla and baking soda

  7. Slowly pour mixture over popcorn and coat evenly

  8. Place coated popcorn in a roaster pan or spread evenly on a covered baking sheet

  9. Bake for one hour, stirring ingredients every 15 minutes

  10. Cool before serving
