Best Ever Banana Bread

This banana bread recipe is so EASY but so DELICIOUS!! The best part? You can easily switch out the regular flour for Pillsbury's Gluten Free blend and it's just as yummy!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup bananas
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour loaf pan. Mix banana, butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and sour cream. Add flour, baking soda and salt. Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean.
