In a small bowl, whisk together orange juice, coconut aminos, maple syrup, broth, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Taste and adjust sweetness or saltiness as desired.

Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Season chicken with salt and pepper and cook until browned and cooked through.

Sprinkle flour over the chicken and cook for 1–2 minutes, stirring to coat.

Pour marinade over the chicken and bring to a simmer. Cook until sauce thickens, about 3–5 minutes.
