Simple Homemade Ranch

mayonnaise

or Greek yogurt

Salt & pepper to taste
Salad Option
Spring mix lettuce
Cooked chicken
Cucumber slices
Blueberries
Roasted edamame
for crunch
Instructions
Mix ranch ingredients in a bowl.
Lay out tortillas and spread ranch.
Add chicken, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and cheese.
Wrap tightly and serve.
Salad Version
Add greens to a bowl.
Top with chicken, cucumber, blueberries, and edamame.
Drizzle with ranch.
Notes
Great for meal prep using leftover chicken.
